Modern Apprenticeships

Modern Apprenticeships (MAs) are aimed at people aged 16+, who are employed by company and whose training includes the attainment of an SVQ at level 3, together with Core Skills and additional qualifications as added by industry. 

The training of young people following an MA route can be tailored to your business needs.  MAs develop basic skills as well as industry specific skills, relevant to your sector.  Ultimately MAs should reduce staff turnover.

• Management - new

• IT Users - new

for young people aged 16 - 19 years currently employed in a suitable environment. 

There is no cost to the organisation, provided that the trainee meets certain criteria.
