ITEC Integrations
Ltd means ITEC Integrations (1998)
Limited, a company registered in
Scotland No 163 173. The registered place of
business being Block 2, Unit 9,
Blantyre Industrial Estate,
Blantyre, G72 0ND.
'Client Company' means the person
whose offer for the Services is
accepted by ITEC Integrations Ltd;
'Course' means any event run by
ITEC Integrations Ltd or its
authorised agents;
'Force Majeure' means any Act of
God, explosion, flood, tempest,
lightning strike, fire, accident,
war or threat of war, sabotage,
insurrection, civil disturbance or
requisition, acts, restrictions,
regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions
or measures of any kind on the part
of any governmental, parliamentary
or local authority, import or export
regulations or embargoes, strikes,
lock-outs or other industrial
actions or trade disputes (whether
involving employees of ITEC
Integrations Ltd or of a
third-party), difficulties in
obtaining raw materials, labour,
fuel, parts or machinery or power
failure or breakdown in machinery;
'Order Confirmation' means
confirmation by ITEC Integrations
Ltd of acceptance of the Customer's
Order issued upon process of the
Customer's order;
'ITEC Integrations Ltd Site' means
the website published by ITEC
Integrations Ltd on the World Wide
Web of the Internet with the uniform
resource locator http://www.itec-integrations.co.uk.
'Writing' includes electronic mail,
telex, cable, facsimile
transmission, and comparable means
of communication.
2. Payment
The price of the services will be
those specified by ITEC Integrations
Ltd in the Order Confirmation. All
prices listed on the ITEC
Integrations Ltd website or in
promotional literature shall be
treated as an invitation to treat
and should not be construed by the
Client Company as an offer binding
ITEC Integrations Ltd to any
obligation.
Any typographical, clerical or other
error or omission in any sales
literature, price list, website
text, acceptance of offer, invoice
or other document or information
issued by ITEC Integrations Ltd
shall be subject to correction
without any liability on the part of
ITEC Integrations Ltd.
Unless otherwise stated the price
for the ITEC Integrations Ltd
services shall be in Pounds Sterling
(£)
All course bookings are treated as
provisional until receipt of funds
by ITEC Integrations Ltd for the
course booking. Cheques should
be made payable to ITEC Integrations
Ltd.
3. Postponement
A
confirmed course date may be
postponed by the Client Company
without penalty provided that a
mutually convenient alternative date
can be arranged without financial
loss being incurred by ITEC
Integrations Ltd; otherwise the
course will be deemed to be
cancelled in accordance with 4.
below.
4.
Cancellation Policy
4.1
Should ITEC Integrations Ltd find it
necessary to cancel or abandon any
course, a full refund of fees will
be made. ITEC Integrations Ltd does
not accept responsibility for any
claims for consequential loss
suffered by the client or any
delegate following such cancellation
or abandonment of the course by ITEC
Integrations Ltd, any liability for
the cancellation being limited to
the course fees only.
4.2
In the event of cancellation of the
course by the Client with six or
fewer working days' notice, no
refund of fees is payable, except
where a course is successfully
postponed in accordance with Clause
3 above, or at the discretion of
ITEC Integrations Ltd.
4.3
In the event of cancellation of the
course by the Client with seven to
eleven working days' notice, 50% of
the course fees will be refunded
except where a course is
successfully postponed in accordance
with Clause 3 above.
4.4
In the event of cancellation of the
course by the Client with twelve or
more working days' notice, the
course fees will be refunded after
deduction of an administration fee
of £25 + VAT.
5. Copyright
5.1
Course material is provided strictly
under licence, and the permission of
ITEC Integrations Ltd will be
required for any additional copies
of training materials supplied for a
training course.
6.
Applicable Law
Any conflicts over the
interpretation of theses terms and
conditions shall be governed by the
law of Scotland. The Scottish Courts
will have jurisdiction in any
disputes between us
