SVQ - Administration

This programme recognises that administrative skills play a key role in any organisation and has been developed to suit those with the ambition to develop a career within an administrative environment.

The level 2 qualification consists of five mandatory Scottish Qualifications Authority workplace assessed units, and three optional units.

The level 3 qualification is aimed at those people who have achieved the level 2 qualification, or who are established as a key administrator within an organisation. This qualification also consists of five mandatory workplace assessed units and four optional units.
